Prom Dress Help

I know exactly what type of dress that I want, but I can`t find it anywhere. I want an off shoulder dress, maybe even cap sleeve. On the bottom, I want ruffles (or is it called a gathered skirt?). I have been looking for a really long time so any help that you can give I would appreciate so much! Thank you!
