If you are upset with stores in the Northern Ohio area, try Expressions Bridal and Formal on Route 20 in Mentor, Ohio. EXCELLENT customer service, some alterations done on site. My daughter and wedding party had an awsome experience there. Owner is recent bride and understands how YOU should be treated, has a degree in textiles and clothing from OSU and is very knowledgable about alterations. Great store!!!!!!

I live on the west coast now, but I am from Cleveland. I have also heard wonderful things about this store. I had a friend recently married that went there and she was so happy. This was after many trips to other private and corporate wedding shops. She said no one was more curteous or had a handle on everything than they did.
