Twins 1st Birthday

HI I`m a 18 year at south atlanta high and I have twin girls by the name of T`nyah and J`nyah. Their birthday is next monday march 02,2009 and I am having them a birthday party march 07,2009 on next saturday I don`t have enough money to buy decorations and food,so I need help please and thanks verymuch.
