Help Paying For Wedding

I am a single mother of 2. I met Mr. Right about 2 years ago. He asked me to marry him in January of 2009. I set our wedding date for August of 2009. We really don`t have much money. I bought my wedding dress online for $150. Now we far faced with finding a venue for the wedding and reception on a low budget. I live in Little Rock, AR. There is also flowers, DJ, photography, etc that we will need. I am even willing to work with up and coming vendors for any of these services. Can anyone help?

We are having a small intimate wedding @ a local wedding facility that will peform the ceremony for $100 including 10 family members or guest. Most of our money is going towards a large reception for everyone else 3 months later after our honeymoon. Both places do the catering, decor, and pictures. We scheduled a photo session with a photographer, just to take pics of us in our wedding clothing. I don`t believe in wasting money on a large wedding when the reception is where the action takes place.
