Inexpensive Or Free Rental Space Needed For Reception

I am getting married on April 11th 2009 and I want to spend no more than $2,500. I am using my church and my pastor is doing my wedding free of church or really cheap at least. I priced my wedding dress as well as the dresses for my daughters (who are going to be my flower girls and jr. Bridesmaids) and estimated that I will spend between $500-$600 including accessories and shoes. My maid of honor and bridesmaids are going to pay for their own dresses. And I have a very inexpensive website that my stepmother gave me and I estimated that my decorations will cost at least $400 and my mother, maid of honor, bridesmaids, and other members of my church has told me not to worry about decorating as they are willing to do it for me and cook the food. Now with all this I figured I will be able to stay within my budget, however I am having a hard time finding space in my area to hold my reception, the places i am finding is very expensive, and do not allow outside catering or food and I feel this will be a waste of time and money, and I am hoping that someone can assist me in finding an inexpensive or free place/space I can use. I live in College Park GA and I am looking for somewhere in College Park or Atlanta GA and its surrounding areas. Thank You

Ironically, i`m having the exact same problems. We`re having a destination wedding in December, but we would like to have a reception for 275-300 people that allow outside catering. I also live near the college park area. Where did you finally have your reception?
