I ordered very cute invitations through a girl that hand makes and sells invitations. They include envelope and response card in the pricing.
She has three designs.
The cheapest design is 1.25
The next step up design (gate design that i actually went with) for 1.95
And then theres the last design that is 2.00 and has the works.
All of these include response card and envelope...but the most expensive one has acouple other additions included.

You can do whatever colors you want for all three designs.
