Sweet Sixteen Theme (Shooting Stars)

I live in Brooklyn NY. Daughter having Sweet 16. Her theme is "Starlight Fantasy. I have been on many sites where I can "buy" theme kits centered around her wishes (shooting stars standees, Giant Stars, Shooting Star Archways). Problem is the set up time would probably take 4-6 hours and involve 2-4 manpower, then I would be stuck with a kit I will never use again. Does anyone know any place in New York where we can "rent" the themed kit and have someone set it up and pick it up, for a reasonable rate? Bought themed kits cost aprox. $400.
