Floral And Table Arrangements, Wedding

My sister`s wedding is in two weeks, and it seems like the florist we have is a bit flaky. She had already decided on the center piece with the person, but we may want to do it ourselves. So for a plan B, I was wondering if you had any suggestions for center pieces that are cheap...The theme of the color is white and perwinkle. The wedding is about 160 people, with 17 tables. And she has fish bowls...maybe decorate it with hydrangeas (perwinkle or bluish color) with white flowers and ferns. Do you have any other suggestions?

Also, do you have any ideas for decorations for the reception or the ceremony or know of a place?
