Need Help With Invitation Wording Etc..

Now do I need to add that at the cafe the event will be held in the loft upstairs how do I add that if so? Also I just got laid off with this horrible economy. I have enough money at the moment for everything but trying to be careful so I have money for my bills, I am trying to plan for the worse case since I am not sure what unemployment will be giving me(I am from CA obviously and with our tax returns we are going to be getting IOUs since the state is in debt big time). I am not sure if we will be able to provide dinner for our guest should I add anything on the invitation in regards to that? Should I say to follow for dancing and cake?
