Is This Legal?

My husband was married to a woman for 2 years, 25 years ago. He was her first husband. She has since married 3 more times. 3 divorces total and the last husband died. We are only in our mid 40`s too. She`s a real winner, in and out of prison, even stole a car once.

Now 25 years later we get a bill in the mail from some apartment she trashed addressed to her using our last name again.

I wish I could stop her. You would think we could sue her for using our name again, especially since she`s a known criminal and we do not want our good name destroyed.
