Help!

Hey everyone! My name is Mollie and i AM turing 13 on april 10th! i need ideas! I live in las vegas and i was thinking on renting the sweet on the top floor of the red rock resort and casino??!! WHat theme if any should i do? Or not do it at a casino?! Oh ya and not trying to brag but money isnt a problem so hel[p!
