I am interested in you Ireland dress. Is that a USA 14 therefore UK 16? and has it been altered in length at all?

I am very interested in the maggie sottero ireland gown, provided it`s an authentic maggie. I am looking for diamond white and I`d prefer that it hasn`t been altered as I don`t want to lose the train! I`ve heard so many people cut off the train, but I think it`s beautiful!
