Reception Decor

Being on a strict budget, i am planning on doing all of the decorating. Where do i get the drapes or the canopy for the ceiling??? my daughter knows that i am on a strict budget and thinks that it is up to her to decorate. I really dont want her to stress over this and want to figure this out on my own....
