Don`t Shop At The Knot

I advise everyone not to shop at the knot. I had an awful experience that cost me over $100 and unusable mugs. The will not admit to their errors and refuse to refund your money or give you a credit. Be careful. Don`t purchase anything without recieving a confirmation and if you don`t call the company immediately for one.
