I ordered mine from a girl here in louisville ky and learned that she ships.
Her designs are handmade and very cute. She has 3 designs to choose from and 2 of the designs are under 2.00 each and they include envelope and response card. The chepst is 1.25 and the next step up is 1.95.
The most expensive is 2.00 and it has the works.
You can have whatever color scheme you want.
All of them include the response card and envelope as i said but the most expensive has that plus acouple other additions.
