I do not know where you are located, but I tried that dress on 2 weeks ago in Chicago.
They are selling it off the rack at a store called: Doris Bridal. You can google it and bring up their website and contact information.
It was in perfect shape when I tried it on- they are just trying to make room for new inventory. I just decided it was not the exact gown that I wanted, so I am going with another Pronovias.
