Not A Happy Customer Of NATIONAL GOWN CLEANERS

I needed a forum to vent my frustration regarding a company called National Gown Cleaners of Campbell, CA. I was referred to them by the bridal store in which I purchased the dress back in 2006. YES 2006! Originally, the dress was dropped off for cleaning in March of 2007 for the purpose of reselling. The dress spent the REST OF THE YEAR with them in cleaning until I finally requested that it be picked up in early 2008 to find that it had not been restored to it`s original state. They offered to clean the dress again which took them another 4 or 5 months! When I finally got the dress back, the buttons were missing! Apparently, they were removed by their alterations department and never put back on before the dressed was pressed for pick up. They STILL HAVE THE DRESS! IT`S 2009 PEOPLE!! Now I am at their mercy.... Terrible at returning phone calls. Only available certain days and hours during the week VIA EMAIL! If I can save anyone the headache of dealing with this company, I hope this message helps! Silly me. I send two of my friends to this company while my dress was in the initial cleaning and they too were EXTREMELY disappointed with the level of Customer Service and LONG... Delayed turn times!
