Sweet Sixteen Party

Okay, so I am turning 16 at the end of June, and I am planning on throwing a "Sweet Sixteen", but I have a small budget. I want this to be the best party ever and I want about 50 people to be invited.. I was thinking on having a "Night Club" themed party, but it is going to be outside at my aunts. She has a pool so I wanted to incorperate that somehow.. Maybe a club/pool party. It is going to be from about 7-11 or 8-11pm. We are going to rent a tent and I wanted the colors to be pink,black,white,&silver. If anyone could PLEASE give me tips on what I should do, or help me out with some decoration tips, or food ideas, any idea would be GREAT!!! And I`d greatly appriciate it!!!
