~MS Or MRS~

Hi!
I`m getting married in October and am keeping my name. Can anyone tell me if it stays Ms. Or goes to Mrs? Also, do I have to do any name changes then? I don`t think so but just want to make certain. Another thing, who has to be notified of my married state other than the government to get their cut?
Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

Check any english grammar book and it will tell you Ms. Vs. Mrs. My understanding is that Mrs. Is for someone married/widowed. Ms. Is for someone that does not want to say where they are married or single.
