Beach Wedding Ceremony Only In CT

My fiance and I are looking for an inexpencive beach front to rent for 2hrs in CT. I have been looking everywhere and either we need to have reception there or its outragous with the prices and with no chairs for people. Can some one please lead me in the right direction. I am also from the northeastern part of CT. So i cant do anything over and hour, hour half away..
