FAKE CAKE Icing NOT EDIBLE As Far As I Know.

10 lbs. Powdered Sugar
1 pint egg whites
1/2 to 1 oz. Cream of Tartar

I got this recipe form a bakery manager, it`s what they use on their "Display Cakes" the ones that sit and sit out on the counter and get moved around to show and for cleaning. She said it lasts and lasts and is pretty strudy. She called it "ROYAL ICING"
