Sweet 16 Birthday

I am having a small birthday for my best friend with about 10 girls. It is going to be a sleepover but I dont know what games and stuff to do at the party. I want it to be kind of a semi formal thing with dancing for us girls and then some fun games. Any ideas to make this party amazing for her?
