Okay, well my 14th birthday is coming up on March 23, and I need help thinking of something to do. Last year I had a hotel party, and that was a big sucess but my parents dont want to spend the money again. I want to rent a limo and have it pick up my friends, but that might be too pricey. Does anyone have any ideas?? Please help! ASAP
