I Made My Own Unity Candle
I was looking and looking for a unity candle, and when I finally found one that I liked they wanted $35.00 for it. I thought about making my own and toyed with a few ideas.
I finally took a $3.00 pillar candle from our local craft store, I wrapped ribbon around it and hot glued it ribbon to ribbon.(the hot glue will melt the wax) Then I hot glued a strand of small pearls in the center of the ribbon, then made a shoestring bow out of the same ribbon and hot glued that to the center of the ribbon with pearls. It really looks like the one I saw somewhere on -line and it sold for about $30-35.
I just thought that someone might like to know there are lots of ways of saving money!
