Do NOT Buy From This Company

I can see that this company has been doing this for a while - too bad I didn`t take a look before I purchased. I placed a rush order for placecards on 1/2, needing the order by 1/12. I received a confirmation email, but that`s it. I tried to use their order tracking and never heard anything, and when I email or call NO ONE gets back to me. Yet they took money from my account on 1/3. Here it is, 1/12 and no word about the order. My wedding is on the 17th. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Clearly they could care less about any of their "customers" and they just want their money. If you have had this experience, share it so other people know.
