Harley Wedding

I need ideas for a Harley wedding in Minnesota. I need ideas for where to have it, how to arrange it to involve bikes and people not on bikes, what to wear and any other good ideas anyone might have to make the day special. I want it to have "class" yet be informal and relaxed.
