How Much Does A JP Wedding Cost?

My fiance and i want to get married but money is tight. So he suggested a JP wedding. He said its about $45.00 in Ga where we live. I just want to make sure thats true and what are the procedures in getting married at the JP in Ga. Could someone let me know please.
