Wanted Jim Hjelm 8663 Dress 6/8!!!

I worked with a designer to make my dream dress and it has turned out to be a disaster! Need new dress asap! Jim Hjelm 8663 is closest I could find to the one I was trying to have made, but its way over my budget (esp since I have already paid $1000 for the other one). HELP! Willing to pay $1000-1250.
