Well, the dress new sells for $1200 or so - I am looking to pay less than that.

That is a very temping offer! Is it a size 6 and champagne color? Do you have a picture of the gown? I`m going to try the dress on tomorrow for a second time at a store here in town so that I can make my final decision as I`m having trouble deciding on a gown -- might I contact you tomorrow and let you know what I decide?
