I Need A Wedding Officiant In Rochester, NY

I need to find a wedding officiant in Rochester, NY for a July 2004 wedding. My fiancee and I are both catholic but we have only been batised so we will not be getting married in a church. I am looking for a non-denominational minister or a justice of the peace to perform the ceremony at our reception location in Gates, NY (near Rochester). Does anyone know of someone who can officiate?
