I Had A Good Experience!!!!

Hi everyone, I just would like to tell you that I had a good experience with House of Brides.
I have to tell you also that the customer service was not the best but at the list they answered all the time on ON LINE SUPPORT
I ordered ,with the rush delivery (55 $), my wedding dress at the end of Oct ( I told them that the wedding was in febb instead it will be in july) and after I read all the ngative feedback about HOB I went in the panic!!! So what I did was call the support on line 5/6 time in 1 mounth and they reassured me that as soon as they would received the dress from the merchant they would send it staight away to me in Hong Kong.
Luckly my dress was ready to be delivered at the beg of dec and but in dec I went away for1 mounth . So I contacted them again requesting this time to don`t send the dress in dec but in jan as I wouldn`t be at home all mounth.
At the end I received the dress the first week of jan and guess what.....It fit me perfectly, right size, right dress, right color.
I have to righ my positive story because we always remember to write a bad comments about a bad experience......mine it was positive!!!!
