I Need Silk Dress Size 18-22

Is the size you need true size or wedding size?

I have a silk gown that is TRUE SIZE 16 and roomy in the bust.It is also for someone who is medium to tall in height. It is kick butt gorgeous:) The problem is.... I don`t know the maker?????? I went to a trunk sale in New York, where all the labels were cut out. The owner of the salon told me they had to cut out the labels if they sold the dresses below a certain price. Something to do with agreement they had with the manufacturer so the Designers value didn`t go down.
Anyway, the original price on the dress was $2200 and I paid $1400. The train is almost fully beaded!!!!!!!!! Dress is HEAVY. Asking price $650

Oh Yeah...... Inside of the dress is lined in quality material(something satiny ), which I find funny because most of the dresses I looked at used this for the outside of the dress. HEY.... Maybe I should peel them apart and have 2 dresses LOLOLOLOLOL

The dress color is candlelight.

I can measure and get back to you. If the measurements sound in the right ballpark, then I`ll have to ask my sis to come take a picture for me to email you, as my husband is away this week with the digital camera :(

I can however give you my measurements to give you some idea.

Bust 44
Waist 35(this is at the smallest point about an inch above the belly button. My actual abdomen buldge is GULP quite a few inches larger!!!!!!

My butt is even bigger LOL but it didn`t really matter with this dress. I bought this dress because it TOTALLY holds you in without all the folding and rolling like alot of dresses I tried on. It also pulls in and smooths the lower abdomen buldge . I imagine if a girdle was worn, you would even have a few more inches to play with in the size.
