Looking For Outdoor Wed/Reception Area (NJ)

I really need help. My fiance and I plan to be married June 5, 2004. We want the cerimony and reception in the same place. We are in North Jersey. We hope to find somewhere that offers a lake (for cerimony),grounds for the reception, and outside catering. We plan to have a pigroast, but we are on a tight budget as well since we just bought a house. Any suggestions? Thanks a bunch in advance=)
