Inexpensive Beach Wedding

Hello,
My fiance and I are trying to decide on the best ideas/theme for our wedding in Oct of 2004. It will probably be on the beach in Charleston SC. We`re trying to figure out how much money we should save up for it also. Any ideas would be helpful; she`s been working so hard to figure it out that I want to take some of the load off of her shoulders by finding some things on my own.
