Engagement Party

I think that if your money is tight have the party at your house. Envite a limited number of people set up a bar where people can mix there own drinks by leaving the ingredients and the menu of the drinks on the table. Go to the grocery store and get veggies or thing that can be eating as finger food as ordervs(i can`t spell forgive me) or do it like a cocktail party so you don`t have to feed them much and they would have to dress up. You can do hand written invites of do it by phone. And remember decorations can make the party so make it look good with whatever you feel looks nice. Or have a barbeque with lots of haerty foods where people can dress down. If you want an eloquent party read up on etiquette books to get ideas.
