Chair Covers For A Wedding

I had been in contact with Kim for at least four months and was set to send in money and sign the contract. The sample was not sent and I have not received a response to my e-mail messages for a month. Does anyone know what has happened? She seemed to be a very trustworthy person and promptly answered all my e-mail messages in the past.

Have any of you rented or bought chair covers from Kim? I have seen a post from her on a few different boards and then many responses. However, no good feedback...only complaints that she never responded. I am interested in renting chair covers from her.

Any feedback would be appreciated?
