13th Birthday

Ok Im gunna rent a hotel and the theme is going to be black and white but I dont know what to do.
I thought of an AWSOME idea.
I might go ice skating but Im not for shure but any way if I do I am going to put the invitations in a giant block of ice.and they`ll have to drop it on the floor and break it to get the invitation out. But I dont have a big budget so yeah. But I was going to have a sleep over and play truth or dare and if they dont want to do our dare then we get to spray them with silly string. But what els could I do? Please help.
