Reem Acra Style Help!

Hi everyone,
I`ve found the dress of my dreams, but I have no idea what the style # or name of it is. Can anyone tell me? I`m pretty sure it`s from Reem Acra`s Spring 2006 collection (if not spring, then definitely Fall). Here is a picture of it:
