Planing A B-Day Party For My 14yr. Old Bbf

I am planning a B-day party for my BFF who is turing 14. Her B-day is on Oct. 31. SO it was going to be a costum party. That will work but that is all i have. So could you all give me some tipes on what to do and what to eat (my friends is are vagens) and other advices that will help.
