50th Birthday Dinner

I am working on a 50th Birthday Party Dinner for my husband. He was recently diagnosed as having a Heart Attack and he`s had a stroke within the last two weeks. He`s not a party type man but I really want to do this for rememberance. I am asking for help with ideas I want to decorate with Black/White and Gold. I am looking for inexpensive black eiffel towers different sizes. I am on a real tight budget due to my son graduating this year also. Please help with inexpensive ideas. Thanks so much
