Glass Slipper Centerpieces

Hi. I would really like to have glass slipper centerpieces for my wedding. I want to put the glass slippers on a pillow. So the whole piece needs to be big enough to put flowers around the slipper and so that they don`t get lost on the table. Does anyone know where I can find something like this? Please let me know thanks!
