David`s Bridal

I am also having trouble with David`s Bridal in North Carolina. My bridesmaid dresses took 3 months to arrive. I went to pick the dresses and shoes up and the shoes were not ordered. At this time, the shoes are still not in. I can`t figure out how they get one pair of shoes and not the others. They will not tell me when they are coming in. I have 3 months until my wedding. I am glad that I started early since their service is poor.

I am thinking about it as they can`t find one pair of shoes to fit one of my bridesmaids. I am working with a manager but I am still not getting any results.

You`re not the first to make that complaint. The problem is places like David`s Bridal are cheap and everyone who wants to save money goes there for their dress. From my personal experience, the cheapest places tend to provide the worst service because they have more customers than they can handle. That`s why personally, I`d rather pay a few bucks more and not deal with the hassle. The Better Business Bureau is the place to file a complaint if you plan on doing so.

We purchased dresses from David`s Bridal in Pittsburgh, PA and Raleigh, NC...the service in Pittsburgh was lousy...no one wanted to help you. The dresses sounded cheap...but they get you on the alterations...we have had alterations from $42. Up to 145.00. Then the sizes that they told you to order were all too tight. The bridesmaids couldn`t breath in there gowns...then just before the ceremony at least two of the gowns split up the back...on my daughters it not only split up the back, but the strap came off her dress in the front. We pinned it and the back of the strap came off also...she was planning on wearing this gown to the prom also, but can`t now because of the poor quality of their gowns. I am telling everyone not to shop at David`s Bridal...to go somewhere that has better service and quality.
