Chair Covers - Plates/Dishes For 220 People

Hello - I am a bride on a serious budget & want to purchase white/ivory chair covers for folding chairs. Also, need dishes for my reception. I need at least 220 chair covers & dishes......I am in Ohio. Thanks so much!
