Texas Themed Christmas Party

Buy some little cookie cutter from a bake supply shop in the shape of Texas or a boot and cut cheeses, or mini sandwiches.
If you are having snacks or shrimp, you can add to the toothpicks by glueing a star, die-cut boot or hat, etc..at the end of the toothpicks.
If you are in Texas, I know they have texas-shaped tortilla chips and you can mix them with the holiday (red & green) Tostitos.
