Funny Mexican Wedding Traditions For My Husband
Hi im karla im mexican and Adam (my husband) is from Ohio, we moved here but our wedding was in México, there`s a mexican wedding tradition named "el mandilon" is a heavy joke for the grooms, and i wasnt so sure about include it into the reception. But finally i did, in this tradition the groom is lifted in the air by the males and they remove the groom`s shoes and socks, and then the groom is tossed to the air several times, but this is not all, then the groom is dressed with an apron (as an househusband) and he has to hold a broom in the hand, this ritual is a cruel joke during the receptions of weddings, that simbolize the new rol of the males that get married (they leave their bachelor life to enter into an houshusband life, doing dishes, swweping, and doing all the housework) but is just a mexican joke weding tradition, my poor husband was embarrazed in that moment, because he didnt know what will happen with him, even i did i didnt told him because i didnt want him to get nervous, well that was my story, see you later
Bye
