I really like Becca too but my gown budget is only ~$1000. Julius Bridal replied to a Becca search saying that they can make dresses "really similar" to Becca for a lot less. If you are interested you can contact them via info@juliusbridal.com

I am considering just having my dress made by them, but at the same time unsure about the dress quality. If you have them make a dress, please let me know how it is. I might even just by the dress off of you.

I`m getting married in October, and I am TOTALLY interested in doing this. I am in love with this dress, but it was a little out of my budget. I`m 5`4", about 115, so I think we`re pretty close in size! I wear a 4 or 6 in street clothes... Shoot me an email if you`re still looking for someone. Or, if you got the dress after all and want to sell it to a fellow Becca-lover.

I am 5`3` and ~110 pounds. After you two finish the dress, I might be interested if the dress then fits into my budget.
