Question : Who normally pays for All the Flowers at the Wedding and Reception Dinner? Are their any standards or rules in regards to this tradition ??
I think the Groom should be a Gentleman and buy the flowers, does anyone have an opinion on this ? Thanks

Traditionally the bride`s parents pay for the wedding and reception and the groom`s parents pay for the rehearsal dinner. Today, anything goes. Parents share expenses, or the bride and groom themselves pay for all or part of the wedding. There really are no hard and fast rules anymore. But if you are interested in following standard tradition, then no, the groom does not pay for the flowers. The groom (or his parents) pays for his tux, the rings, the bouts, the transportation, officiant`s fee, license, honeymoon and rehearsal dinner.
