Pink And Brown Wedding

I am planning a pink and brown wedding for March 09. I am looking for any ideas on flowers and cakes. For my reception tables, I am planning on brown table coverings with pink tulle lined down the middle. Then 2 glass bowls per table. The bowls will be filled with coffee beans(brown) with a pink votive on top. And to top it off a pink with brown polka dot ribbon around the top of the bowl. Not sure on favors yet!
