Candle Lighting Ceremony Help
For my Sweet 16 I would like to have a Candle Lighting Ceremony. I`ve never been at a party where they had one of these ceremonies so I`m a little in the dark about what to do. If anyone could give me even a brief account I would really appreciate that. Thank you.

Well since you are turning 16 you need to buy 16 candles. Then you need to have 16 people hold those candles. It can be anyone your parents(of course), your family members, relatives, friends anyone. Then they all stand in a circle around you and all you do is while the music is playing is walk around in the circle and blow out the candles. Hope i helped

I am having my sweet sixteen in late August and I am doing the candle lighting ceremony too. Basically you have to choose sixteen people closest to you like you parents, brothers or sister, relative, friend ,etc.and they have to say something to you like how they remember when you started to walk, or your first day of school. Or the day you all became best friends or the first words you said. Anyways, they all have to be in a circle surrounding you. You light the first peron candle who are going to say somethong about you and then that person light the next peron candle who are going to say something to you, and so on. After everyone has say something about you, you then blow the candles out starting with the first person who began. Then you say how much you appreciate everyone speech but the speeches have to be entertaining or your guest will get bored. Hint: My party flavor are scented candles that are the color of my party, so might want your flavors to be candles matching your dress.
