AVOID HOUSE OF BRIDES

Although our sales associate was friendly and helpful, that was the end of it. The bridal gown was mis-measured and did not fit at all, the bridesmaids dresses still aren`t here (wedding is in two weeks), the employees and managers are rude and even hostile, the bride was made to feel like the three-inch measurement error was her fault. We had to purchase entirely new bridesmaids dresses and have the bridal gown re-sewn by our own tailor. Planning the wedding was fun and perfect---except for this horrible store.
